Lille, June 23rd 2016

Recent developments in metagenomics are revolutionizing the way one can assess microbial communities present in complex ecosystems. The evolution of this field is dependent on the evolution of sequencing quality and on the way data are processed and analyzed. During this one-day symposium, we will illustrate the lastest advances in term of applications and computational analysis methods.

The meeting will be held at Institut Pasteur de Lille, lecture hall Buttiaux. The nearest metro station is Grand Palais, line 2.
